LAN Farewells A340-300 Operations In New Zealand

Friday the 17th April 2015 saw the last day of operation of LAN's A340-313's into Auckland.

After many years of flying the A340-313 to Auckland from Santiago with continuing service to Sydney, its time to say goodbye to these old workhorses for the airline, and introduce the State Of the Art B787.

Saturday the 18th April 2015, will see the start of a new era in LAN's New Zealand / Australia history with the first LA801 flight, operated by a B787-8 to arrive. The first B787-8 to arrive will be CC-BBA.

Well here are my last photos ever taken of CCCQF back on the 27th February, which also had the honours of operating the last Auckland - Santiago yesterday as LA800.
